Yes, it is. About a foot already, though a little less than I expected. It is heavy, dense stuff. Really packs when you ride it, and I have been doing that every few hours on Mile High Rd, keeping it open. We had the top 20 feet of a tree break off and spear itself into the snow right at the upper intersection of Mile High and Mtn. Ash. Unfortunately, it is leaning toward Mile High, and will fall across the road when the snow melts. There was a lot of wind here yesterday and last night.
Jay has groomed all the local roads today, and will probably do Big Creek tomorrow.
Hold a good thought: the weekend weather looks pretty good.
