Yes, you can see snow in the web cam picture. There are a few pavement spots showing on the road from the summit, but overall, it is great spring riding. And, there could be more snow tomorrow, and early next week. I have a report from some people who rode up Bald Eagle, and found it pretty nice.
Also, remember that even when the road in melts in a lot of places, you can use the Cut Off Road, and then Big Creek to get in.
So, if you gotta ride, there are still plenty of ways to do it.
