Today, (Tuesday) the County has plowed to the fire station, and is working in Countryman Estates. Next they plan to do the Highlands. Then the Dam Road. After that, they will go down the Oro-Quincy Highway to the Butte County line, which I suspect is dry. Finally, they will turn back and do Big Creek.
By the end of this week you should be able to drive all of the Dam Road, and possibly travel the back road. Certainly it will be open by this time next week.
