How about having an update so we can say we did one?
We finally got to ride this morning, and it was not bad where it had been previously packed down. It looks like we lost a dramatic amount of snow depth, probably 3 feet. On Mile High Road, where it had not been ridden since the big snow, it was treacherous, with the sled wanting to sink in and tip dangerously.
The forecast for the next several days seems to predict a little of everything: rain, snow, clear a couple of days. But, Friday looks good all day, and just about all of Saturday should be good, as well. Maybe we will see you here, as we plan to be doing a special job for State Parks on Saturday, on the summit.
